YOUTH TRAINING AT THE PLEX

The HR SportspleX is proud to be one of only 4 sanctioned Futsal Clubs in Virginia. We offer professional guided youth training, pick up and leagues all year-round.

All coaches are former or current college & professional level players! All training programs are designed by our Soccer Academy Director

ACADEMY PROGRAMS OVERVIEW

AGES 6–10

Junior & Developmental

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays

6:00 – 7:00 PM

Focused on developing individual skill and proper decision-making in small game environments. Players are grouped by grade level.

AGES 11–13

Middle School Academy

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays

7:00 – 8:15 PM

Intermediate-level training that teaches more advanced ball skill and introduces more complex tactical concepts. Players grouped by grade level and can play up with director approval.

AGES 14–17

High School Academy

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays

7:00 – 8:15 PM

Advanced training directed by current college and former professional players under the supervision of a nationally licensed coach. Teams can join together.

WHAT TO KNOW

Weekly classes are indoors and all training equipment is supplied

Players can come 1, 2 or 3 days a week

Players should check in at the front desk

Players wear indoor soccer shoes with shin guards - no cleats allowed

Open to Players & Teams

Players can play up with director approval
