SOCCER ACADEMY DIRECTOR
For 20 years plus, Al Cousineau has led many elite local travel teams to top 10 state rankings. He most recently served as Head Soccer Coach for Stratford University until 2020. As a top coach, he was selected by the National Soccer Association of America to serve as a instructor. His youth coaching includes serving as a talent scout for the Virginia (ODP) Olympic Development Program. Most notably, In 2003, he co-founded Newport News FC Travel Soccer Club until 2017. His professional coaching certifications include: The Advanced National "B" Professional Soccer Coaching Diploma and the National Youth Academy Diploma and the National Diploma "C" and Regional Diploma "D".

Since opening 2021, we have welcomed youth players from almost every local soccer club in and recreation program around the peninsula and now many of them are making an impact on their school and travel teams!
