Occasionally players need to switch between programs and/or may need to take a break from ongoing programs, etc. Here is the information to help assure you account and payments are properly managed.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to switch the payment platform from PROGRAM TO PROGRAM (eg. a one day a week to two day a week program). So unless you are adding a program like classes or league to current involvement members must cancel the original program and re-register for the new program(s). When pausing involvement members for a month or longer you must cancel your registration and re-register again when your are ready to resume. Cancellations are immediate so no other payments will take place on the account.
REFUNDS ARE ONLY PERMITTED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY PROGRAM AND NOT PROVIDED ONCE THE PROGRAM HAS STARTED. NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED FOR DISMISSALS FROM PROGRAMS FOR BEHAVIOR REASONS OR VIOLATIONS IN ANY HR SPORTSPLEX RULES OF CONDUCT, SAFETY AND/OR WAIVER POLICIES.
